Buying or selling? In order to satisfy its clients’ property requirements, the CHAINE Practice’s Property Department will do everything possible to find the right buyer or to locate suitable properties on the property market. This department will take care of all the necessary procedures and formalities and at the appropriate time will hand the file over to the notaries, for drafting of the legal documentation.
PROPERTY AND THE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES
The CHAINE Practice is equipped to set up and handle all types of property project, whether private or public. At every stage of the project, it provides advice to:
